Why did you get into fitness/training?

I've always been an active person from growing up playing hockey, X country running and track and field to name a few. So, getting into the fitness aspect just came naturally. My wanting to help others reach new fitness goals and pushing people to new limits is what drew me into becoming a trainer. The best part of my job is the connection and unique journey I get to take with my clients.

What is your favorite exercise?

Body weight exercises. It's truly amazing what we can do with our bodies and how much we can push them before they give up.

What are your hobbies?

Exercise in general, and over the past few years I've really enjoyed competing and training for obstacle course races. I also enjoy hockey, boxing, karate and I have a passion for drawing and acting.

What are your goals?

My goals are always changing, whether it's trying to get a new PR in exercise or qualifying for the Spartan Canadian Championships. My 2018 goals so far are to qualify for the Boston Marathon, run a 100km race and perfect the Human flag.

What is your cheat meal?

All of them, but mostly ice cream and cake
